Obama’s Roadblock

The recession is supposed to be behind us. Yet, it doesn’t quite feel like we a re in a recovery just yet, does it? I remember stagflation, that odd mix of unemployment and inflation, this sure isn’t it. Whatever we are in, we need to get out. Soon.

Hi Joe – I think we are in a very healthy recovery. Everything seems to be rocking (tracking, restaurants, and even the markets despite Friday’s collapse).

    I’m very optimistic.

    Best,

Although there are definitely some signs of improvement, there are also some real concerns. For example, without the government crutch, will housing truly rebound? For the first time in 2 years, the housing market is on its own. Employment still hasn’t recovered either. There are other impediments that are financially concerning as well.Time will truly tell, but until I know for sure. I’m extra cautious.
