Why’s it that on every Christian holiday some want to bring other religions in while on other religions holidays the same doesn’t happen? Really, just let Christians be Christians, please.

Good question. I assumed that when i saw this drawing, that there was an Islamic Holiday that overlapped, but this year, it doesn’t occur in April.
On the other hand, the Jewish holiday of Passover started this past Wednesday at sundown, and there’s debate on both sides whether the “Last Supper” was actually a Seder Dinner.

Augustine, How could you not know that both Christian and Jewish holidays have occurred in the last few days? Real Christians (and anyone else spiritual, thoughtful and wanting to promote good will towards women and men) do not assume all readers of a public forum are one particular religion.

    Elle,

The Passover does not always take place in the same week as Easter. Not to mention that no Muslim holiday takes place at this moment.

But my point is that I am free to express my beliefs without having to acknowledge others’. It was Easter and it is quite alright to celebrate Easter, period. We must stop this political correctness policing. It’s really anti-American to say what others must say.
